What does the SEO setup include?
It connects your site to Google Search Console, submits your sitemap, and optimizes your Google Business Profile so Google can find and understand your business. Pro also adds Bing Places and Apple Business Connect.
Will this get me to page one on Google?
No one can guarantee rankings. We handle the setup, ongoing activity, and reporting that give your business a stronger local presence, and your SnapShot reports show how you’re doing.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time; changes apply at your next billing date.
What’s a Website Care Credit?
A credit you earn each active month and use toward eligible website updates. Credits have no cash value.
Do I need a domain?
Yes. Your domain belongs to you. I recommend GoDaddy, and I’ll walk you through connecting it to your new website.
What if the price goes up while I’m deciding?
Every completed website purchase raises the next price by $5. Opening checkout holds your quoted price for 15 minutes, but it is only locked in once payment is complete. At $995, the next purchase moves to the standard $999.97 price.
How long does it take?
Most builds take 5 to 10 days after I have your business information and materials. I take on no more than 5 builds at a time. Your start date will be confirmed before work begins.
What are Website Care Credits?
Credits cover small website changes, such as updating text, swapping an image, or changing a link. I’ll confirm the credit cost before doing the work. Credits accumulate to a maximum of 10, and accumulated credits remain available until used or Care Club is cancelled. Larger changes are quoted separately.
How do I cancel Website Care Club?
You can cancel anytime before your next monthly bill by contacting me. No further monthly charges apply after cancellation. Unused credits are no longer available once Care Club is cancelled.
What happens if I’m not happy?
Your build includes two rounds of revisions so we can get it right together. Let me know what needs changing before you approve it. Any refund request is reviewed under the final Refund Policy; the policy linked below is a draft pending launch.
